# Registration not working

If registration not working properly please check the Email settings first and make sure the Email credentials are correct.

## Some common issues on registration

## 1. Verification mail not received.

Ans: 

1. Check email settings first.
2. Check Email verification enable. `admin > settings > preference > Email verification` 
3. Also, check the other's preferences.
