# Checkout Page not working properly

1. Make sure you are enabled **Available days and times.**

2\. If it says **shipping address required**

If Area based shipping charge enabled then you have to add shipping charge from <mark style="color:red;">**`Shop configuration > Delivery area`**</mark>

3\. **If it says name Name and phone field required**

Maybe you are logging into admin or user panel. Change the browser or remove all tabs and try again.
