# Registration not working

If registration is not working properly please check the Email settings first and make sure the Email credentials are correct.‌

## Verification mail not received/sent. <a href="#verification-mail-not-received" id="verification-mail-not-received"></a>

‌Ans:‌

1. Check email settings first.
2. Check Email verification enable. `admin>settings>preference>Email verification`
3. Also, check the Email verification is enabled.
